How to customize form questions

After clicking on + Add question, select a type of question. 

To change a question type click the dropdown menu under Type in the upper right corner of your screen.

Change the settings of the questions to your liking.

Enable keyword extraction and text analysis by selecting those options under settings(this feature is available on the paid plans).

Add your question title by typing in the Your question here input

wanted, add a question description.

you don't want to publish the editions, you can discard them.

If you have finished the editions and want to publish your form, you can publish it.
