How to customize form settings

  1. Log into your Yay! Forms account, and you can just navigate to the form you'd like to customize.
  2. Click on the "Settings" button located in the top right corner of the form builder screen.
  3. In the "Settings" section, you will see two options: "Language" and "Powered by Yay! Forms".
  4. To change the language of your form, select the desired language from the drop-down menu in "Language".
  5. If you wish to hide the "Powered by Yay! Forms" badge on your form, activate the switch next to the option (this option is available from the Plus plan).
  6. Yay! Forms offers the ability to close a form to new responses. This feature allows you to easily control when your form is open or closed to further responses. To complete the form, activate the "Close form to new responses" option.
  7. You can set up a prompt to generate personalized feedback on answers with artificial intelligence. Learn more.
  8. You can send incomplete responses to the integrated platform if you like. If this setting is turned on, you must specify a delay (in minutes). This delay indicates the waiting time before the incomplete response is sent. Just so you know, once the information is sent, if the response is submitted later, the data will not be updated, nor will it be resent to the integrated platform.
  9. After making the desired changes, click the "Publish" button to save your settings.
  10. That's it! Your form's settings have now been customized according to your preferences.

Note: The language option only changes the language of the form interface, not the content of the form's questions. To customize the form's questions, you will need to edit them individually.

Note 2: In addition, it's essential to choose the correct language for your form, as text analysis and keyword extraction will be performed in the language you select. If you wish to obtain more accurate analysis and insights from your form's responses, choose the language that best corresponds to the language of your form's questions and your audience.
