How to enable support access
Follow the steps below to enable access to support:
Initially, access the home screen of your workspace. In the top right corner, there will be a button identified by your username. Click on this button and select the Profile option.
Following that, you will be redirected to a page containing various pieces of your information. Among them, in the Integrations section, you will need to click on the Enable Support Access option.
After following these steps, you are now enabled to access support!
