How to customize Calendly type questions

First, you need to create a Calendly-type field as shown in the image below:

From there, you should enter your account/your calendar in the field on the right, labeled 'Calendly URL.' It will look something like this:

The Calendly will look like this on your form:

want to add pre-filling for name and email, just click on the button labeled 'Enable pre-filling' and select the desired option:

You can also use prefilling in your Custom Questions. With prefilling, you can add up to 10 custom questions. Just click on Add and select what you want to prefill, as shown in the images below.
