How to Set Up Your SMTP within Yay! Forms

Firstly, you need to understand how to set up and how the email feedback works by following this link: How to send feedback to the user's email.


Right after that, you should click on 'Connect SMTP Account' as shown in the image below:



After that, you'll need to provide some details, among them are:


  • Your SMTP server address;


  • The port used by your SMTP server;


  • Which type of encryption (SSL or TLS);


  • The username of your SMTP account;


  • The password for your SMTP account;


  • The email address of your SMTP account;


  • And finally, the name you wish to be displayed in the email.
