How to customize long-text questions

In this type of question, users can type a short answer to their question. Select this type of question by choosing Long text.

You can edit the title and description by clicking on the corresponding fields.

You have some key settings in your long text field, such as keyword extraction which is used to extract words and create a word cloud with them, allowing you to filter questions with certain keywords identified by our platform.

You can also enable the option for text analysis, which is used to analyze and filter the user's sentiment who responds to the form and provide you with feedback on how they felt about answering the form.

Finally, you can enable the Text Classification option, where you define categories to organize the responses. Additionally, if you prefer, you can enable the automatic category update option. This way, as users respond to the form, new categories will be automatically created based on the received responses.
