How to customize Yes/No Questions

In this type of question, users are able to select Yes or No to your question.

Choose this question type by selecting Yes/No in the dropdown menu under Type in the upper right corner of your screen.

Edit question by typing in the “Your question here” input.

If wanted, add a description by typing in the "description" input.

Change the settings of the question to your liking.
