How to use Artificial Intelligence Feedback

To utilize the AI Feedback feature in Yay! Forms, follow the steps below to set up the AI prompt and customize the email using the {{ai_feedback}} placeholder:


1. Configure the AI Prompt

  • Log in to your Yay! Forms account and select the desired form.
  • Click on "Settings" in the top-right corner of the form builder.
  • In the Settings section, locate the "AI Prompt" field.
  • Enter a clear instruction to guide the AI in generating personalized feedback. For example:
"If the user's score is below 5, provide suggestions on how they can improve based on the answers given in the form."

2. Add the {{ai_feedback}} Placeholder in the Email

  • In the form builder, click on the "Integrate" tab at the top.
  • Select "Email Feedback" and configure the email subject and body.
  • In the email body, insert the {{ai_feedback}} placeholder where you want the AI-generated feedback to appear. For example:
"Hello, here is your personalized feedback: {{ai_feedback}}"

3. Save and Publish Settings

  • After configuring the AI prompt and personalizing the email, click on "Publish" to save your changes.
  • Ensure the form is active and ready to collect responses.

Important Notes:

  • Email Field in the Form: Ensure your form includes an email field to capture users’ addresses. The system will use the first identified email field to send feedback.
  • Testing: Before sending emails on a large scale, test the setup to ensure the AI-generated feedback is accurate and relevant.
  • Other Placeholders: Besides {{ai_feedback}} , you can use additional placeholders to further customize your messages. Check the Guide to Placeholders for more details.
