How to customize Date Questions

In this type of question, users are able to insert a date.

Choose this question type by selecting Date in the dropdown menu under Type in the upper right corner of your screen.

Edit the question by typing in the “Your question here” input.

If wanted, add a description by typing in the "description" input.

Change the settings of the question to your liking.

To change the date format adjust the dropdown menus under Date format.
