How to Add Video, GIF, Image, or Logo to your Form

Uploading an Image,Logo or GIF

To upload content to your form, follow the steps below:

1. Click the Add button on the right-hand sidebar of the Question:

3. Now click on the Image Upload tab.

4. Click on the icon to upload your file.

Note that your file should have an accepted extension (PNG, SVG, JPEG, JPG, or GIF), as shown in the image below. You can also specify the height and width in pixels in the fields below.

Adding an External Image

To add an external image to your form, follow the steps below.

1. Get the link of the image host location (e.g., https://freeimage.host)

Note that the link provided must be to a valid image, with the extension .PNG or .JPG

2. Click on the Add Button on the Question Left Sidebar:

3. Now click on the image tab and then add the URL in the corresponding field, as shown below:

Note that the image link must contain an accepted extension (PNG or JPG) as shown in the image. You can also specify the height and width in pixels in the fields below.

Embed a Video

To embed an external video in your form, follow the steps below:

1. Get the share link to the video from Youtube, Vimeo, or Wistia.

2. Click on the Add Button on the Question Left Sidebar:

3. Now click on the video tab and then add the URL in the corresponding field, as shown below:

Adding an item from your gallery to your form:

To add an item from your gallery, follow these steps:

1. Before you start, make sure you have already uploaded the files you want to use in the gallery. This ensures that the items are available to add to your form.

2. Click the Add button on the right-hand sidebar of the Question:

3. Now click on the Gallery tab

4. You will see a list of files you uploaded previously. To add an item from the gallery to your form, simply click on the photo or file you want to include. Once you click on the desired photo, it will be automatically added to your form.

5. If you want to delete an item from your gallery, hover over the item and click on the delete icon. A confirmation message will appear. Confirm to delete the item.

How to change the positioning of your image:

Initially, you need to insert an image of your choice. After that, in the right-hand sidebar of the question, you will find several layout options, which will be explained below.

1. You will have the option to set the image as the background of your form, as exemplified below.

2. You will have the option to position your image to the left and right of the content of your form, as illustrated in the following example.

3. You will have the option to split the content of the form with the image. In this scenario, you can choose to divide the image into the left and right parts, as demonstrated in the example below.

4. You will have the option to overlay the image on top of the content of your form. You can choose the height (in screen percentage) and width (in pixels), as shown in the examples below.

5. Finally, you will have the option to position the image in the center of the content of your form. In this case, you can also choose the height (in screen percentage) and width (in pixels), as exemplified in the examples below.
