How to create a form

1. Create a Form

Step 1: Logging into your account

Step 2: To create a form, click on the Create form button in the upper left corner of your Workspace.



2. Name Your Form

To name your form, start typing in the  Untitled form textbox.



you can customize the welcome and ending page, add questions, customize the design and publish your form.
