How to integrate Yay! Forms with Google Sheets

1. Login to your Yay! Forms account and create or edit an existing form. 

2. In the form builder, click Integrate at the top of your screen.

3. Find Google Sheets and click Configure

  1. Choose the Google Account you want to associate with the Workspace.

5. Paste the URL for a spreadsheet unless you want to create a new one. 

After setting up your integration, you can easily enable or disable it by clicking the button below. Additionally, you can adjust the settings or test it by clicking on the three dots.

Important Notes

  1. Fill out the Form

    For the test to be submitted correctly, it is necessary for the form to have at least one valid response filled in.

  2. Data Submission

    The test will submit the data of the last valid response filled out.

  3. Submission Status

    Please note that the test does not mark the response as sent in the respective integration being tested. This is just a procedure to verify the integration.
