Creating AI-Powered Forms and Quizzes in Yay! Forms

Step 1: Log in to your Yay! Forms account

Visit the Yay! Forms website and log in using your account credentials. If you don't have an account yet, sign up to get started.

Step 2: Access the AI-Powered Form Builder: From the dashboard, click on "**Create Form**"



Step 3: Choose Automagically by AI



Step 4: Input basic information and enable AI assistance: Enter a specific purpose for your form or quiz.

After entering the form purpose, click on the Create form with AI assist button.



Step 6: Customize the design

Select the "Design" tab to access the customization options.

Step 7: Review and optimize your form or quiz: Preview your form or quiz to ensure it appears as desired.

Step 8: Save and publish your form or quiz

Click on "Publish" to save and publish your form or quiz.
Choose the desired sharing method (e.g., link, embed code) and distribute your form or quiz to your audience.
