How to send incomplete responses to your integrations

The Send incomplete responses feature allows the system to automatically send any data already filled in by a user to your integrations if they take longer than the time you set to complete the form.

Why is this useful?

By default, responses are only sent when the user finishes and submits the form. However, if someone abandons the form midway, that information would be lost. With this feature enabled, even if the form is not completed, you will still receive the data collected up to that point.

To activate this option, access the settings tab of your form and activate the "Send incomplete responses" option, as shown in the image below:

Below that, you will find the "waiting time in minutes" field. This sets how much time the user has from when they open the form until the data is automatically sent to your integration. If the time runs out before the person finishes the form, the partial responses will be sent.
