How to set up your Gmail SMTP in Yay! Forms

First, access your Gmail account page through the following link: https://myaccount.google.com/.

Next, go to the Security section and search for App Passwords. After that, provide a custom name for the application, as shown below:

Then, the system will generate a password that you must save and enter into your integration:

Next, it is important to understand how to set up and use feedback emails. To do this, follow this link: How to send feedback to the user's email.

After that, click on Connect SMTP Account, as shown in the image below:


Copy the previously generated password, as you will need it to configure your email client in the password field.

The necessary configuration details are:

Gmail SMTP Server: smtp.gmail.com

Port for TLS: 587

Port for SSL: 465

Username: Your Gmail email address.

Password: The previously generated app password.
