How to customize NPS questions

In this type of question, users can choose a number on a scale from one to ten.

Choose this question type by selecting Net Promoter Score® from the dropdown menu under Type in the upper right corner of the screen.

Edit the question by typing in the input Your question here.

If desired, add a description by typing in the description input.

Change the settings of the question to your liking.
